RESERVATION GUARANTEE

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel. The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Check out time: until 11 a.m.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES

If you plan to arrive in the morning and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend to reserve the night prior to your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

Upon availability late-check out shall be provided on hourly basis at a cost of €10/hour. In case of such request please contact the reception.

CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

CHILD POLICY

Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge in their parents’ room. Rollaway bed or baby cot shall be requested in advance. For children between age 4 and 12 please request extra bed for cost of €15 per night. For young adults between age 13 and 18 full price extra bed option is available at a rate of €30 per night.

PET POLICY

Pets are allowed with restrictions for an extra charge of €15 per day (food is not included). Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.
